The Ministry of Public Security identified Nguyen Dinh Thang (67 years old, from Nghe An, born in Ho Chi Minh City,
US nationality) currently in the US, as the leader, holding the role of Executive Director of the BPSOS organization,
having close relations with the MSFJ organization...
Thang directly guided, supported funding, means, and paid salaries for a number of MSFJ members to conduct activities
against Vietnam, including terrorist and sabotage activities on June 11, 2023.
After the Ministry of Public Security put MSFJ and the people participating in this organization on the terrorist list,
the Dak Lak Provincial Police Investigation Security Agency issued a wanted notice for Y Quynh Bdap.
This is one of the suspects who led and directed the terrorist attack in Dak Lak./.
