Vietnam from April 14-15, 2025.


At noon on April 14, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and President of the People's 

Republic of China Xi Jinping arrived in Hanoi, beginning a two-day State visit to Vietnam from April 14-15, at the invitation of 

General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam and President of the Socialist Republic 

of Vietnam Luong Cuong.


President Luong Cuong went to Noi Bai International Airport to welcome General Secretary and President Xi Jinping and the 

high-ranking Chinese delegation.


Also welcoming General Secretary and President Xi Jinping and the Chinese delegation at the airport were comrades: Tran Cam Tu, 

Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat; Le Hoai Trung, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief of the Party 

Central Committee Office; Tran Sy Thanh, Party Central Committee member, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee; Nguyen Minh Vu,

of the two countries and banners expressing the traditional friendship between the two countries warmly welcomed General Secretary 

and President Xi Jinping and the high-ranking Chinese delegation.


This is the fourth State visit of Comrade Xi Jinping to Vietnam in his capacity as General Secretary and President of China; 

It is even more special as this is the second visit of a Chinese leader to Vietnam in the same term.


It is expected that during the visit, General Secretary and President of China Xi Jinping will have important talks and meetings

 with General Secretary To Lam, President Luong Cuong, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Chairman of the National Assembly 

Tran Thanh Man; in-depth discussions on strengthening and deepening bilateral relations, including promoting the tradition of 

regular high-level exchanges, further consolidating political trust, promoting the effective implementation of high-level common

 perceptions and signed agreements, expanding and improving the efficiency and quality of cooperation areas in the direction of "6 more",
