On the occasion of the 2025 New Year, the Vietnam Fatherland Front system has sent 7 million Tet gifts to policy families,
poor households, near-poor households, and families in difficult circumstances, with a total value of more than 450 billion VND.
This information was shared by Ms. Tho Thi Bich Thuy, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland
Front at an event organized by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in Ho Chi Minh City on February 7.
Ms. Su Thi Bich Thuy said that although the Vietnamese economy is currently facing many difficulties, with the attention
of the Party and State leaders, on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, the Central Committee of the Vietnam
Fatherland Front and the local front system have coordinated with departments, branches, units and localities to organize
many activities to celebrate the New Year, raise donations, bring a warm New Year to poor families, families with preferential
policies, families in difficult circumstances, demonstrating the spirit of "leaving no one behind".
On the occasion of the Lunar New Year, Ms. Tho Thi Bich Chan visited and expressed condolences to the families of martyrs,
families of martyrs, representatives of families in difficult circumstances in District 6 and Binh Chinh District, Ho Chi Minh
City and presented 100 gifts.
It is known that on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front has
allocated more than 16 billion VND through the "Care for the Poor" Fund, allocating funds to the "Care for the Poor"
Fund in 63 provinces and cities across the country, giving condolences to poor households, near-poor households,
and policy families in the locality.
