and wished the Party Committee, army, and people of Thanh Hoa province a Happy New Year,
expressing his delight at the outstanding achievements that the Party Committee, government,
and people of Thanh Hoa province have achieved in recent times, especially in 2024, with double-digit
economic growth, high budget revenue, and guaranteed social security.
In particular, the Party Committee, government, and people continue to promote and maintain solidarity

The Prime Minister said that as a province with both mountainous, delta, and coastal areas;
with all means of transportation; with a large population, historical, cultural, and revolutionary traditions,
Thanh Hoa promotes this potential, strength, and advantage for development.
In particular, the province needs to take care of improving the material and spiritual life of the people,
especially families with preferential policies, poor households, workers and laborers working on construction

Emphasizing that 2025 has a special significance, with many important tasks: continuing to reorganize the
apparatus; promoting economic growth of 8%, striving for double-digit growth in the coming time;

of major national holidays... The Prime Minister requested Thanh Hoa province to closely follow these tasks,
