Recruitment position: Office staff
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily administrative tasks, including document management,
meeting arrangements, market research, etc.;
- Able to handle communication and collect customer data;
- Support the team in completing various project tasks and ensuring efficiency and quality of work;
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job requirements:
- University degree or higher, priority given to computer majors;
- Good listening, speaking, reading, writing and communication skills;
- Proficient in Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ..);
- Work seriously and responsibly, have the ability to learn and have a high team spirit;
- Priority is given to candidates who know English, new graduates with excellent achievements are welcome to apply.
Salary:
Monthly salary is 12,500,000 VND, in addition, the company will also provide a promotion
platform and benefits based on personal ability and experience.
Working location:
Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh
Working hours:
Morning 09:30-12:00
Afternoon 12:30-17:30
Working week 5.5 days, off on Saturday afternoon and Sunday.
